What the programme covers
An international request begins with the buyer's exact cohort definition and permitted use. MedCorpora then distinguishes current verified inventory, inventory under verification and a broader sourcing scope. A country named in a sourcing scope is not treated as a ready-to-download dataset or evidence of established commercial rights.
What a useful specification includes
A defensible request defines the clinical task, source evidence and acceptance criteria before patient-level data moves. The exact fields and thresholds depend on the intended model claim.
- Required country, care setting and source-site characteristics
- Modality, anatomy, pathology and acquisition constraints
- Positive, negative and control-case definitions
- Required ground truth, linked evidence and follow-up window
- Intended use, data components and delivery format
- Target volume, timeline and acceptable feasibility assumptions
Quality and validation controls
Feasibility separates preliminary source indications from verified eligible cases. Counts are not promoted to verified inventory until the relevant source queries, technical checks and programme authority have been completed.
- Source-site and geography verification
- Aggregate eligible-count logic
- Ground-truth and linkage availability
- Programme-specific permission pathway
- Privacy, transfer and delivery constraints
Availability, rights and delivery
A feasibility response records what is verified, what remains under verification, what may require new sourcing and which assumptions affect timing. Patient-level preparation starts only after the appropriate programme authorization is established.
Public pages describe a sourcing and engineering capability, not guaranteed ready inventory. Each release remains subject to verified programme inventory, programme-specific authorization, privacy review, technical acceptance and buyer licence terms.
Questions, answered directly.
Can MedCorpora assess a US-sourced imaging cohort?+
Yes. US-sourced requests can be assessed through buyer-specific feasibility, but MedCorpora does not imply that every US cohort, site, case count or permission is already verified.
Is MedCorpora limited to India?+
No. Current sourcing availability includes hospital relationships in India, while US and other international requirements can be assessed and pursued based on buyer needs.
Does geographic coverage mean the data is ready?+
No. Geographic sourcing scope is distinct from verified inventory and from an approved data release.
What does an international feasibility result contain?+
It can document candidate sourcing paths, aggregate availability, evidence and permission requirements, unresolved questions and an estimated programme path.
