Information submitted through the website
When you contact MedCorpora or submit a cohort requirement, the website may receive your name, organization, work email, requirement details and technical request information such as IP address and submission time for security and delivery purposes.
How business-contact information is used
MedCorpora uses submitted information to assess and respond to the enquiry, prevent spam, maintain business records and conduct appropriate diligence or contracting. Information is not submitted through the public form for patient care, emergencies or patient-level data transfer.
Scheduling provider
The book-a-call page uses an embedded Cal.com scheduler. Cal.com may process booking details, availability, time-zone information and technically necessary device or cookie data under its own privacy terms when the scheduler loads. MedCorpora uses that information to arrange and prepare for the requested business call; do not submit patient-level information, protected health information or confidential clinical records.
Medical data is not public website content
The website describes programme capabilities and status. Patient-level medical data is not offered for public download. Any programme access is separately controlled and subject to source permissions, privacy review, diligence, security controls and contracting.
